On Dec 3, 2015, the countygovernment of Togtoh, Hohhot, Inner Mongolia, signed a cooperationagreement with WUTA International Cultural Development Company ofBeijing on building up China Israel Innovation and EntrepreneurshipDemonstration Park - which includes 5 projects:
2015年12月3日，内蒙古呼和浩特市托克托县人民政府同无它国际文化发展（北京）有限公司签订了创建《中以创新创业示范园》项目的合作协议，该示范园共包括五个项目：
1. The China-Israelcenter for Innovation and Entrepreneurship
2. The firstIsraeli- Chinese school for innovation and Creative Education - Incooperation with PenZA Perception Lab and WUTAInternational
3.China-Israel Scientific Innovation and Discovery Park:
4. The Wisdom Botanical Garden-which will include special demonstration spots of Jewish Biblestories and Chinese wisdom stories
5. Israeli Cost EffectiveAgricultural Demonstration Park.

2、中国第一所中以创新创意教育学校-与PenZA感知实验室和无它国际合作开办；
3、中以科普创新探索乐园：
4、智慧植物园，其中将特别展示犹太圣经故事和中国智慧故事；

It isimportant to mention that the county of Togtoh, Hohhot innerMongolia is relatively very near toChinacapital city - Beijing, and from now will beopen to new and futuristic international innovation and creativeeducation.
Therefore, it was agreed thatthe Togtoh county government will invest in the initial stage ofthe project more than 200 million RNB. The project will be managedby WUTA International in the later stage.
特别需要一提的是，内蒙古呼和浩特托克托县离中国首都北京比较近，还将向未来新型国际创新和创意教育打开大门。
为此，项目前期由托克托县政府总投资2个多亿，后期由WUTA国际负责运营管理。
In order to initiate thisproject the first China-Israel Innovation and EntrepreneurshipStrategic Think Tank will be established which will include expertsInner Mongolia, WUTA International Cultural Development Company ofBeijing and guests from PenZA international Perception LabfromIsrael.
为了启动该项目，我们将邀请来自内蒙古的专家、无它国际文化发展（北京）有限公司和以色列PenZA国际感知实验室的嘉宾，成立中以创新创业战略智库。
The Think Tank will organizeopen classes on Israeli innovation wisdom in universities aroundthe country, and start interior quarterly journal in Chinese andEnglish called China-Israel Innovation and Entrepreneurship Wisdom,so as to expand influence of the Think Tank in academic andbusiness fields. It will write up book series for China-IsraelInnovation and Entrepreneurship, inviting Chinese and Israelispecialists to partake in its publication.
智库将在全国各大学开设《以色列创新智慧》公开课，并创办内部中英文季刊《中以创新创业智慧》，扩大智库在中以学术界和企业界的影响，主持编写“中以创新创业智库”书系，邀请中以专家参与编写。
The Think-Tank will also beopening up China-Israel Innovation and Entrepreneurship grandclasses, organizing annual China-Israel Innovation andEntrepreneurship Summit Forum, China-Israel Educational SummitForum, China-Israel Music and Art Festival. And it will also beinviting Israeli experts and Nobel Prize winners visitingChina, forthe purpose of enlarging social and economic interests in theproject.
